The major reason for him wanting to sponsor them, wasn't because they were sacked for dancing,

But, simply because they are *too young for security job*. And that for me is a good reason.

Don't mind them. If you see wicked people, you will know them. I know the security company very well,( tom Salem) the highest salary they are paying those guys is #20000 in Lagos for that matter and they would have to wait till 10th to 15th of another month before they get paid. That one na job?

Reread his reason for the scholarship. ...they are too young to work as security personnel. He felt they should be in school and may not have the needed fund.

They were moved by the song.What was the restaurant thinking while letting the music loud?A brief view at the clips shows they still opened the door for customers.
Few youths pick up this kind of jobs these days;most are into shady deals.I can see two simple and striving young men here,happy doing the little job they have.
As country hard,with meager pay and stressful working conditions,this two young people could shake that off and dance.That is grace and courage.
Considering many factors,I would say laying them off was an extreme punishment.Atleat the should have been cautioned or something,if it's against the company policy.

Did you read the Pastors reason for wanting to give them the scholarship or you just decided to be bitter about the fact that their CALL has been picked by GOD?
What does he mean by they are too young to be doing security job? People that are of their age or younger than them are doing the same job abroad where he is sending them to. And dont be surprised that they might end up doing the same job abroad even after schooling there.
This is a case of misplaced priority.
They would not pay them peanut in abroad and nothing like owing them or delay.

The man said they should be in school cos of their age and not work as security men. It means they are too young to grasp what is expected of them as security men. This is forced labour my brother. Cmon, this should have no comparison with politicians or doctors. If you see any of this boys hold injection near you for hospital and he say him na doctor will u give him pass? Comparison is way off base. They were not slacking off during a robbery expedition so comparing their attitude to that of a doctor goofing off instead of operating a patient is a wrong analogy.
