Look closely at verse 27. The same person who puts an end to the daily sacrifice will also be the same person to set up the abomination that causes desolation.

2 Thessalonians 2 v 1-4;

Per the above scriptures, the second coming will not catch true believers unawares. No one knows the exact moment BUT! There are markers to watch out for. And the big one you cannot overlook is the abomination of desolation that will be set up in the temple (yet to be constructed)
