Our attention has been drawn to sponsored media reports on an imaginary leadership change in the All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC).

The media report is fake news and should be disregarded.

The APC is a progressive political party guided by rules. Leadership changes are not announced by 'sources' through name dropping in the media.

We urge our teeming supporters, members and indeed the general public to remain calm and support the Governor Mai Mala Buni-led APC CECPC conduct a rancour-free and credible National Convention deserving of our great party.

SIGNED:
*Sen. John James Akpanudoedehe Phd*
National Secretary
APC Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC)

Sharap dia.....
We've heard from the horse's mouth already.
Buni is gone!

Disintegration is imminent! Who tells you this is not a Northern agenda. Destabilize the ruling party to pave way for the Northern presidency (in PDP).
Sai Buhari!
The northerners are masters in politics, let's give it to them.

Lol. I can see you lack the capacity to read and comprehend. Check the time I made that post, it was before Bello took over today. Buni is gone for good. Bello will be in charge till the convention is held.

Yoruba people have now resulted in all sort of lies and fake news

Hope defered makes the heart weary.

HE Buni should just conduct the convention and move on to even better things.

Right now the report is that HE Buni is in Germany and President Buhari is in the UK on medical leave for the next 2 weeks so is it an ex-Senator who is a minority from a non-APC state and without the legitimacy of being democrarically elected that can stand against those pushing against the caretaker committee?

They will not take him serious and I am beginning to think that the news maybe true.

They stayed way too longer than necessary and this is what is primarily causing this kind of feedback in days to elections.

Are you begging Buni to do the convention?
Why don't you relax and enjoy the ride.
Besides, what does the secretary's tribe have to do with his position?
He's doing his job as prescribed by the NEC and no Jupiter can move him. Or else all of una go chop military koboko
