It's been three months since TLS asked us to apply for a refund for those of us that paid for priority and high-priority added services that weren't delivered and till today nothing have been heard from them. This is theft, how multinational organization decided to steal it's customers money is beyond shocking and embarrassing. People keep sending me PMs, asking me if I have received my refund, the answer is no. I still haven't heard back from them and I think they have stolen our money. We need to collectively find another way for putting pressure on them to refund us, I'm thinking of involving the consumer protection agency in my next mails them and going to twitter to generate awareness and embarrass them.

And I have mailed UKVI refunds, no response too

@Justwise is it not yet time to bring this issue the needed attention it deserves by bringing it the front page. It’s been three months now yet no response on our priority refund.
