Lol! With bonkery you can get all of that... There are foreign oil buyers who are manufacturers of weapons! They're very good at giving you weapons in exchange of barels of oil. Which is why the government is afraid of Niger Delta militants because these guys can get advanced weapons with just oil in their backyards. Actually machine gun are found everywhere in the black market if know where to look. During the last tribal crisis in Taraba state, you need to see how community are purchasing this kind of weapons for self defense...
