May the souls of the 8 deaf people Rest in Perfect Peace.
May all the terrorists involved in this terrible and heinous deed never end well...along with their sponsors and supporters.
That being said......

SOLUTION :

The patrol vehicles are available but they cannot reach everywhere, they are thinking about the possibility of employing natives until we get those equipment. Beyond the drones, we need helicopters.

The solution is not in running away from the militants or the bandits.
The solution is providing the technology that lets you know that they are around.

Even if they get us approval, it will take some months to acquire them from overseas to install them. We need to do that to enable us see from Kaduna-Abuja, Itakpe-Warri and from Lagos-Ibadan railways, so that we don’t continue to lose lives because lives are important,

I knew you will look for a way to drag PDP into the discussion but that cant mask the failure of buhari. is it PDP that prevented buhari from proactively locating bandits and neutralising them once and for all? by the way, wasnt it jonathan that built the rail line that was attacked by bandits?

Following the Terrorist Attack on the Abuja-Kaduna Train, here is the Federal Government of Nigeria response to the attack.
1)GET a tracking device for Monitoring the train movement. Let it be digitalized and professionals should be employed for Monitoring.
2)40-Armed security personnel should be on board with the passenger for each trip. These people should be outsourced and have connectivity with the station tracking device .There should be constant communication between the personnel's and security agents.
3) NRC should engage in CRS in host communities where their facilities are installed, this can be done in collaboration with Ministry of Humanitarian and SEMA
I have a lot of solutions to this problem but government is not serious.
