Even if l agree without conceding, should a Gardener who works in Lekki but lives, say on the Island, or Mainland, use majority of his wages to pay TOLLS? So as to enrich the Bullion Van owners!

Are you also aware that Lagos Drivers increase Transport fare for EVERYBODY in the Bus, for every little, additional fee they pay? I know you are posh Abuja boy, you have never entered Public Transport in Lagos before, so you dont know how it rolls.

The Toll gate does not discriminate between Legal landlord and Squatters, once you pass through, you pay, ... the same amount for those living in Shanties in Maroko and the Billionaire on Banana Island!

BTW: I am not against Tolls, when really necessary but it has to be EQUITABLE (as against having it in only Southern Part of Nigeria, where the worst Roads are found!), it has to ADD VALUE (as against Tolling "Resurfaced Road" like the Lekki-Ajah Road that is very Congested and Unworthy of a Tolled Road), It has to have a Minimum distance of at least 50Km between Toll Gates (unlike the Lekki -Ajah that has two Tolls within less than THREE Kilometers apart). and the Toll Fee has to REFLECT THE NATIONAL INCOME of Users ( you can say because they pay $1.50 at a Toll in America, then Nigerians must pay the Equivalent of #600 at their own Toll gate in Lagos! Is the average INCOME in Nigeria, the same with that of an American?).

You cant be taxing Nigerians so that some Thieves can have more money to Loot!.
