Rubbish! In as much as dismissal is painful but it is a way of maintaining Law and Order! They ade even lucky they did not get a jail term after dismissal. In Army they case would have been worse
ignis:
Give me reasons why this policeman will not join bandits, unknown gunmen, kidnappers that will end up attacking citizens and attacking police facilities.

I don't support dismissal of uniformed men who have been trained to use the gun and shoot.

This is the time for Policemen to fight for their sacked comrades

If they are not reinstated in 24hours, every policemen should go on strike.

If they do not fight for this sacked comrades, no one will be bold enough to fight for them next time.
best suggestion so far.

The honest truth is that Nigeria has not been funding the police force well at all

And they cannot because we spend $1 billion or less to police 200million people. Some countries spend twice as much to police 10 million people.

At the end, we have to realize that our oil dependent economy CANNOT fund our budget adequately...and thus we must vote for a party in 2023 that would face that reality and raise taxes, end subsides, and diversify the economy...and it is not APC or PDP.

As usual, they are cutting the entire limb off because of a mosquito bite.

Why not use the energy and resources spent tracking those 9 personnels to find a lasting solution?

Anybody who dares act or speak out against this evil govt becomes a target...and people still think we are in a democracy. It's a pity, really.

Useless, clueless, wasted-spe_rm govt !!!

Lol. If it had succeeded they would have termed Igbo strike as usual. That is how a coup by Nigerian soldiers became an Igbo coup before our very eyes. God dey

That was how Nigerian Soldiers planned a coup to eliminate ALL political leaders but Almighty God in his infinite mercy made it possible for NO SINGLE IBO POLITICAL LEADER WAS KILLED IN THE COUP....if you were not an iboman would attribute it to Gods mercy or a conspiracy by a tribe against the other tribes

They can track them through their phone calls and social network, while kidnappers, bandits and terrorists are using the same phone and social network, but none has been tracked and apprehended.

And you say they should not turn rogue!!!!

At least they need to know what it means to have their rights trampled on by those stronger than them...they easily trample on the rights of the weak in Nigeria and they do so with such boldness and happiness that it makes any normal human being sick.
