It’s cos you’re not wise. Ruble has increased drastically due to reciprocity. This is just ban which later he’ll declare as targets, this alone will bring fear and panic to foreign government officials thereby destabilising their own government. But having well over 400 big multinational companies from the west operating in Russia, should tell you automatically that it is not your average small country that nobody regards. Besides, most of them have their assets in Russia currently. They simply just stopped operating.
