Please I need help ..the two Earpod refuse to pair with each other. so only one ear work when connected to a device while the other will keep on searching

No, I bought it from oraimo store and I've been using since November.. It just of a sudden stopped pairing together

Put both of them in the case and connect the case to a charger

Charge it till it full

Reset them to default.
My own earpiece usually does that, so I follow the steps in the manual to reset it.
