APC New Constitution: Nomination Process is either by Direct or Indirect Primary for All Positions except for Councillorship nomination that include consensus.

The broad new Constitution of our Party, the APC, has been published as approved at the last National Convention held on March 26, 2022. For nomination of Councillorship candidates, the mode of primaries shall be by direct provided there is no consensus. But for other positions, the mode shall be by direct or indirect. Several amendments were made to the constitution, some of which are the constitution of LGs Caucus with Councilors as members some appointees of the LG. There is no inconsistency there bro

It is still saying what was there before, candidate would be nominated by direct or indirect provided there is no consesus in article 20 subsection 2.

Meaning direct and indirect would go on only when consesus doesn't take place which is normal

And apparently buhari as leader again would push for the consensus option first to eradicate the confusion that comes with election

Let the ignorant be making noise, saying bullion van would not agree to consesus and push it to election, with one stroke called micro zoning tilumbu region would be disqualified from even contesting the primaries they are hoping as last card
