EzeUche:

Imo state is the cleanest state in all of Nigeria.

Especially if you go to GREEN Owerri.

But if you want the cleanest cities, I would rank them in this order.

1. Calabar
2. Owerri
3. Enugu
4. Jos
I agree with this in terms of city. Please note Uyo is coming up to that list as next.

Neatest states
Cross River
Enugu
Imo

Dirtiest states
Oyo (every where). The dirtiest state in all ramifications
Lagos (everywhere else but VI, Ikoyi, Lekki and parts of Ikeja)
Abia (due to Aba)
Anambra (due to Onitsha)
Ogun (Abeokuta is crappy and dirty)
Rivers (PH and all those s.h.it-infested waterfronts)

Dont know about the North in terms of dirtiness, but with beggars likely going to litter the cities in millions and drop their dirt all over the damn place, so many northern states will be dirty too.

Are you even Igbo, because you seem to revel in discord amongst the Igbos?

You must be silly. Was I the one that posted the pictures of your disgusting abia state here?? Don't need to answer that shit question.

In my view, I will go for cities;
Calabar - is the cleanest.
Dirtiest - Lagos followed closely by Aba.

You need to be in Ibadan. That is # 1 in dirtiness.

^^SHUT UP! Lagos was created as a Federal Territory and dat is why u have people of all ethnic group and state residing there. I am sick of people like u taht are not probably from Lagos State or even born and raised their laying claim to it based on; "I AM YORUBA". It is annoying.
why cant that be said of cross river? i guess it used to be federal capital at a point
Re: Nigeria's Neatest State by emenim(m): 5:14pm On Jul 06, 2011
yes, i so much agree with you there, no doubt enugu is the neatest state in nigeria, and am also very sure it is one of the smallest populated state too in nigeria. this is just my own honest opinion. No bias
Re: Nigeria's Neatest State by ZnO: 5:15pm On Jul 06, 2011

OR
Along Enugu Nsukka Road?

Thanks

Re: Nigeria's Neatest State by MrGlobe(m): 5:44pm On Jul 06, 2011
From what Mr. Globe has seen here I think we can all say Chime is the bestest governor in Nigeria F-ck what you think. All these fashola noise makers should give us a break. Its Sullivan Chime as best governor then fashola then ameachi. Then from behind Theodore orji, Peter obi, yet to decide the third person. If you think otherwise go driink one bottle of rat poison. We need more Enugu people here to praise their governorhen ameachi. Then from behind Theodore orji, Peter obi, yet to decide the third person. HUH? KLEEN - Dont they have GOATS in the streets of Enugu?

I think London is clean as well undecided
Re: Nigeria's Neatest State by asscend: 5:48pm On Jul 06, 2011
Enugu has maintained its clean status right from Colonial days.

This city has been consistent in cleanniness over the years.

Guys it comes natural to them.

You only need to see their daily routine in cleaning the city.

All dese pics dont convince me,why must you post only pics of empty roads,or 24hr curfew dey dese places ni?

Its a starting point. Get the streets clean and the market will follow/comply.
Re: Nigeria's Neatest State by Goldenmeda(m): 6:01pm On Jul 06, 2011
I think I 'll give it to Enugun, Calabar & Lagos. As for the dirty , I choose Ibadan first, i can't say more abt others,
Re: Nigeria's Neatest State by pleep(m): 6:06pm On Jul 06, 2011
ive heard bauchi state is really clean. but from personal experience i would have to say calabar is the cleanest.
