Especially if you go to GREEN Owerri.

But if you want the cleanest cities, I would rank them in this order.

1. Calabar
2. Owerri
3. Enugu
4. Jos

I agree with this in terms of city. Please note Uyo is coming up to that list as next.

yes, i so much agree with you there, no doubt enugu is the neatest state in nigeria, and am also very sure it is one of the smallest populated state too in nigeria. this is just my own honest opinion. No bias

Enugu has maintained its clean status right from Colonial days.

This city has been consistent in cleanniness over the years.

Guys it comes natural to them.

You only need to see their daily routine in cleaning the city.

I think I 'll give it to Enugun, Calabar & Lagos. As for the dirty , I choose Ibadan first, i can't say more abt others,

ive heard bauchi state is really clean. but from personal experience i would have to say calabar is the cleanest.

and onitsha is probably one of the dirtiest.
