This man is so incompetent and lacks the idea and qualities to rule a local government area not to talk about a state and a whole nation. the oil from the south is the only collateral used for most of the borrowing and it will always sound funny to china and other lenders that we want to breakup because they know whatsup. It will be Nigerian debt and not biafra which the north cant afford to pay back.
