This shooting didn't happen because someone was "frustrated." It happened because someone was paid. It specifically happened because white nationalists don't like progressive places like New York. NYC is a symbol of all the things they don't like: diversity, ambition, real infrastructure, real culture, valuing education, new immigrants trying to achieve the American dream, and success.
