This is a true story that was shared by a radio presenter via his Facebook page. It is the story of a 13 year old girl whose love story ended in disgrace that she could not bear.

Basma Ali is 13 years old. She is a native of Mista Ali in Bassa Local Government Area of Plateau state. She's a JS Three student of Royal High school Mista Ali, Jos Plateau State.

She's a brilliant student. That made her the favorite of her teachers. At 13, Basma Ali had a crush on one of hers teachers. She thinks he's handsome, striking and attractive.

She therefore wrote a letter to him telling him she loves him and find him irresistible. However, the teacher ignored her.

Basma was not deterred, she thereafter wrote another letter to the same teacher; this time, Basma removed the gloves. She told her teacher in the new letter that she doesn't mind if he can have sex with her, if that will make him love her.

The teacher, this time around showed the Principal the letter. The Principal became angry, infuriated and irritated.

He immediately called an emergency Assembly where Basma was severly punished.

On the assembly, in the presence of all the other students, she was flogged 15 lashes of the cane and told to read the letter she wrote to the teacher.
