The life expectancy of an average Nigerian man is one of the least around. It vacillates between 54 and 59 for some years now. So if u are 60 or above 60, you are probably fortunate or living on grace.
Alot of my relatives died just above 60, one of my parents died at 59. I want to believe the life expectancy calculated for Nigerian man is real.

Now remove your present age from the above life expectancy and see how many years on average is left for you. This is not a joke. I've seen many middle age men die abruptly from various illness, and it gets me thinking what kind of brutish short life filled with pressure we live as Nigerian men

At this point i think whatever advice necessary as a precaution to live longer as a man is expedient.....

My father died at the age of 118 and one advice he always gave me is "never put your egg in one basket", eat more of fruit and vegetables and don't over stress yourself. He married five wives and never allow any of his wife to stress him.
He told me to work smart and never believe in love nor trust anyone.
