I am talking of roads and access to pipeborne water or even improving electricity in communities not connected to the national grid? I am asking this because I was in Anambra in 2013 and my main focus is on infrastructure. Infrastructure to me is most important and is lacking all over Nigeria but people all over Nigeria seem to only think along party lines or worse still ethnic and religious lines.
