Yes, it is not rape. The school in question did not properly supervise those pupils while on excursion. Parents were not properly briefed and informed before taking certain decisions on the girl. School took action by suspending those kids without informing Police for proper investigation. There is a possibility that some of those kids might have abused by adults. School also has history abuse by teacher as well.
