The Southern senatorial district of Taraba was never connected to the National Grid. Now they are connected by virtue of the power generation and can receive supply from the National Grid.

Its has if most of the project and achievement done by Buari administration are started and hand written of Jonathan, just tp mention few, Lagos Ibadan, railway, second Niger bridge etc

Am not a supporter of Buhari but it's good that he his completing them instead abandoning. Most state Governors are guilty of that.
Federal ministry of works is also completing a long bridge linking Nasarawa and Benue states started by Goodluck administration. It will shorten the travel time drastically

I thought all power generated are to be first transmitted to the national grid before redistributing? Why generate locally, transmit and also distribute locally? Does this make sense? I stand to be corrected though.
That has changed now

There is no power station functioning in Biafra and Biafrans as you well know are very capable of building their own power stations if they have their own country! That's why they are upset not because a 40kmv power station is built in Taraba. If you refuse to build for them, allow them to build for themselves and stop being an obstacle to their progress.

U are very stupid for classifying Tarabans who are non-Hausa & majority Chriistians as almajiri.
This foolish assertion by u shows that u are very dull & have very poor knowledge of other pple outside ur region.
That is why u stupidly called Tarabans almajiri even though u have no idea about their tribes & religion

I keep saying this most Nigerians(youth especially) need to travel out of their region for proper education of how Nigeria is really structured. Some people still believe that if you are not yoruba or Ibo then you must be hausa, they believe every state classified as north belongs to hausa including Benue, nasarawa, taraba, Abuja etc..

The town is powered by sub-station, the town will barely consume 2mw of electricity,

Every hydropower engineer and electrical engineer knows Hydropower beats all form of power generation in terms of merit and demerit.
Ghana hydropower provide almost the needed power for the entire country. same as China and American
The cost spent on this will be 5x that used in constructing a solar power system of same capacity and I guess more if it were to be a gas station

I totally disagree with you, what if there is a drop in water level what happends to its expected output? Hydro is regarded as old school no developed country thinks about hydro but rather green energy generation athough expensive but its merit still out ways that of hydro

No need disagreeing with me, I'm a specialist in hydropower. You don't just sit and site such projects in any locations. They are design rules and by that when ever there is a drop, the plant is still capable in operating in its Design Minimum Capacity. A large Chunk of powers in developed country's are usually gotten from Hydro. Google and see
Mind you Any Dam used for hydro power are usually designed as a Multipurpose Dam. It contains irrigation and Water Supply If need be.
