These are gory videos. They have computers that spot them. Google drive still dey work. Sometimes the link will take too long to be public. Sometimes it will not.

However, Telegram was founded by Russians and its corporate headquarters are based in UAE. I know there are other telegram users who post gory war videos and other controversial things and their videos remain up. You can try that route and see if that will work.
