This is my principal problem with Nigeria buying military hardware from the USA, their equipment is generally exorbitantly priced and they frequently want to tell you how to use the equipment you bought with your own money!!

These aircraft they are delaying, have been paid for with tax payer money! It is unbelievable!!!
