PROCEDURE
                 
1.  Seller take our super cargo's on board  the vessel for physical
      confirmation , one of our super remains  on board the vessel  why the
      other will come down for transaction ,
     Then we signed and seal  the contract SPA or or offer latter .
2.  Then we send our vessel details to long side for the  transhipment
     or re-chatterer the vessel .
3. After transhipment of the cargo then we made full payment
     for the total cargo.
