Anyway, it was because I was contributing to the upkeep of the home. 20k with lesson money and other small small cash here and there, i was never able to account for it.... I remember asking my colleague who earned just as much, he had one daughter in the uni, and a family of 3. I was like , "how do you survive" he said, if he puts 500 naira in his pocket it can last him a while.. He is an economist sha.... That was when i went to find rich dad poor dad. because from the looks of things I was heading towards poor dad direction.. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

Eggs to the Rescue. With the cost of brea and noodles. You should learn how to start eating eggs. Eggs is fat and fat last longer in the stomach than carbohydrate that shoot up our insulin and make up feeling hungry again Instead of buying more noodles buy more Eggs Don't be afraid to eat 4 or 5 Eggs at once. It will benefit you more than 400 naira Belleful indomie that doesn't use to rise again. And it more nutritious and will stay in your stomach longer. I drink coffee and sugar Buy 3 Eggs and one Yale bread For breakfast.. Don't boil it too hard. With the way things are going only Eggs will save us. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Pepper soup ingredients (Someone asked what it is) Here's what it looks like. The game changer for cooking noodles. Sometimes when you eat noodles you fill you are not full, no matter how many you eat. Well this sets out to change all that. With 2 superpack and 1/2 eggs And you scoop some of this it will give you that pepper soup feeling. And with enough broth to drink when. You finish your noodles. Or if you are eating with bread. 1 Like

THE GAME CHANGER: ADDING extra oil to your Sunday rice. Yes extra Groundnut oil. This will make you get full easier. It will set your brain on fire, after you eat it, you will blow our plenty catarrh from your nose And you get full quicker. I have been studying the northerners and they possess a lot of knowledge about living life in a cheap way that I really want to know and understand. Adding extra oil to your rice will make you get full quicker as rice is carbohydrate too much rice will only make you fat. Do you ask yourself why are the Northerners thinner, They don't eat much rice, but they eat beans and add oil to their food. Adding extra oil to your rice to as much as 1/4 of the plate. Makes you warm, makes you full with less food, and increase your brain activity. Try it this Sunday. Pour that extra oil to your rice and see if you will be able to finish that portion that you are used to. If you feel nauseous lick tom Tom. Happy Sunday |

CIGARETTES. Yes you heard me, without cigarettes hungry will kill us. As we Nigerians descend into comummunist slavery. We have to learn from the Chinese to incorporate cigarette as part of our diet. They help control the hunger so that we can eat once a day and they shrink our stomachs so that little food will be enough. You should limit to at most 2 sticks per day And drink hot tea (Lipton and the likes)to wash down your lungs. My brand ( Oris Strawberry) E go better. 2 Likes |
