Let me help u out. During the Jonathan administration, buhari complained as to why Niger delta militants were being paid and Boko Haram wasn't being paid. He frowned at it that it was marginalisation. When I see the way buhari has a soft spot for bandits and with some of the links u have provided, its possible that this banditry is buharis version of niger delta militants. Remember what they were saying initially that they were being marginalized? It shouldn't be a surprise that the security agencies always leave a safe corridor for their escape any time they strike.
