Customs men and pedestrian reasoning. Inorder to justify the seizure, they hurriedly tagged it 'poisonous rice'

Can they display the lab test report indicating the poisonous components?

My friend whose dad was a customs personnel once told me that everything they use in the house was from the seizures. Feom electronics to clothing to foodstuffs.
