LORD HELP CUBA

We just received from our Cuba friends of what is going on in Matanzas

Lighting struck the one of the fuel depot tanks since Friday and there are about 8 tanks with over 50,000 litres in each tanks

They have been unable to put out that fire and as at this morning the first has spread to the 3rd tank.

In addition, the largest Thermoelectric Plant is also close to the fuel depot and has been shut down causing no electricity and darkness.


The news is everywhere on CNN, BCC

We pray they put out this fire in time as the causalities are increasing more and more.

For example,
A family of 2 ( Husband and Wife) or of 4 ( Parents with 2 kids). The account balances will not be same.

For some that get upset because their visa application was rejected and come to us to apply for them.
These are the common mistakes we see.

Please note: The Embassy will not issue you a visa if

You don't have enough POF in your account to take care of the following:

Flight
Accommodation
Feeding

Other miscellaneous - Transport within, Shopping

This is already a RED flag and they won't grant visa as they will see it from another angle.

Family: 4 people
Duration of vacation: 3 weeks
Account balance: 5 million naira

1. Flight
Qatar Airways. N520k per person, 4 people= N 2 million naira in total.

2. Accomodation- N750k
Accommodation is charged based on number of person using it and it also depends on your taste( area, supplies and amenities e.g pool, gym, private house etc)

3. Feeding - 3 weeks feeding - 350k
Based on your taste or eating in luxury restaurants

4. Tours/ Sight See/ Transport / Shopping: 850k

Total: N 3,950,000 (approximate)

There is no way the Embassy will NOT approve this.
So when we ask it is for us to provide guidance.

You can definitely get lower, it depends on what you ask us to find, what you need, and the budget you have given us to search for you.

If you want an accomodation of 100k.per.month for example, we will send you the pictures of the place and what is available for your use.
( Security and access to the major city life is usually far/ low and usually not in an estate.



3. Feeding - 150-250k Naira per month
Based on your taste or eating in luxury restaurants, baby items

4. Tours/ Sight See/ Transport / Shopping ( personal or baby items: 250k Naira per month

5. Hospital: Using a Normal or Private Hospital = 2000- 10,000 BRL REIAS
(Registration/ Birthing: CS/ Normal/
Depends on private wards and exclusive services ( personal Doctors)
This is based on the client.

Your account statement should be in good shape.

The Embassy needs to know:

1. You can take care of your vacation bills

2. You are working or an Entrepreneur

3. You are earning and receiving inflows

4. You receiving more credits than debits

5. The balance in your account can cater for the number of people going on that trip


Lastly, ensure account is smooth.

For example, you have money coming in and out of your account.
Receive N400k as salary and by end of next month it's 3k
The account is not built to have savings
It's receiving and spending to the last kobo
