Even though I still go to a betshop, it's occasional. Just to charge my phone at the drinks section of the shop, take one bottle and disappear immediately the phone is full. No chit-chat with anyone. So I am not lured by their temporary gains

I don't think you are dying,it maybe the withdrawal syndrome of the gambling addiction,try and fight it to the last but remember you cannot a battle on multiple fronts, concentrate on gambling first and leave masturbation for now,if you stop it konji will creep in and next thing is women and their dramas,control your rate of masturbation for effective self control,the journey will be hard ,the road will be slippery but with hope and determination , impossible is nothing,well done Op,I faced similar challenge when i stopped alcohol and weed,it will not be easy but it is doable.
