I'm amazed that nobody saw this terrible gaffe in the electoral act before it was passed. It's obvious now that our legislators are not diligent at all. They're just collecting money and creating problems for everybody. So nobody from house of representatives or senate saw this? And aspirants have been busy canvassing votes from statutory delegates? The president must be given a chance to assent or veto before his veto can be override. By law, he has 30 days to sign or veto. They can’t start the process of overriding his veto until he veto’s the bill and the president can delay for 3 days.
