This is government is so insensitive to the plight of the masses.
The truth is, this strike does not only affect the student but also those that depend on the presence of students in campus to make their living.
Think about those that sell their goods in hostels
Think about those that photocopy materials and sell stationeries.
Think about those little boys and girls that hawk satchet water in lesture halls.

what is the reason for the strike? Tell us.
You people will just open your mouth wa..wa...
Everybody blaming govt.

Everybody is blaming APC, why?

ASUU will make it look like they are fighting for the Universities and students.

Na fat lie! Wake up this is Nigeria, ASUU is fighting for their pockets.

ASUU's demands can never met, their demands are unrealistic. This is why right from OBJ to Buhari every Govts keeps breaking agreements with ASUU.
Example, The UTTAS and IPPIS.
IPPIS is the Govt unified payment system for all FG workers that rids the system from a lot of corruption and multiple payments to one person.

Others agencies have since imbibed the platform (IPPIS), no noise, no strike.
It is only ASUU that have continued to fault IPPIS, why will ASUU continue to insist on their own self developed UTTAS?

Because, UTTAs will see a single lecturer earn multiple salaries, multiple allowances. Because one lecturer will be teaching in over 2 - 3 universities earning multiple wages.
And FG is saying No to that. So this is why FG is no longer interested.
See my people, those who are and went through the Nigeria university system understands the high level of corruption within Lecturers (ASUU).

ASUU is an employee of FG, ASUU cannot decide how it must be paid, ASUU can not fix how much it's employer must pay them.
They want over 400 billion naira for Universities. For what exactly?? Lol this is laughable. When did ASUU started building lecture halls? Hostels? Etc. Or they just want to share and loot the money? After 9 months they will strike again.

NANS should hold their lecturers accountable and stop disturbing our peace.

I insist on No work no pay!

You are stupid, of what use is bicameral legislature? They one of most paid in the whole world. A senator collects #35 million a month for doing nothing. Have address the public for once in your life? Do you know what it means to be a teacher? Our politicians are also into business not one. Buhari is the president, Minister of petroleum, and also a cattle rearer. You don't see anything wrong in it, but that the lecturers are teaching in two universities you want to die... How much is their salaries?

Most ignorant people will abuse you. ASUU is a criminal union! Their demands are selfish, self-centred and preposterous. No fg will ever meet them! It is no surprise that most state universities are walking out of the union. It now serves the dubious interests of a few thieves who parade themselves as intellectuals.

It’s a shame that fg is still paying them while they sit at home. Stop their salaries, their brains will reset immediately.

Nonsense and ASUU! angry

Oga keep quiet! If your lecturing job salary isn’t enough, resign, and sign up for an elective office so you can earn the millions your eyes are bulging out for.

ASUU is an evil cult already. Every year they waste the precious time of young people across the nation. In my days they embarked on this same futile exercise. I spent nearly two years at home when I only had about a month to graduate.

Listen carefully! No sane government will or can ever meet ASUU’s wishful demands.

They better go back to class, after all they are still being paid while doing side jobs at the expense of government’s finances and the students’ future.

Next move is to halt their salaries. Wicked cultists who call themselves academicians. angry

You are a lecturer, you will work untill you are 65 or 70 years With retirement benefits. But you are more concerned with the salary of a law marker that has only 4 years and no pension. You think it's easy to be a politician.
You thieves that don't attend classes, you prefer go for your personal businesses.
From selling of handouts, victimizing students, take bribes and sex for grades, your coerce female to Bleep you before they pass your course. some of you are gods in your various departments. You are worse than politicians!

Mumu, if you really want the pay of a politician resign from lecturing and join politics let's see how far you can go until then shut up!

You lecturers are thieves and criminals if this is the rubbish reason for striking. Hunger go kill una very soon.
