First off do you even know what NATO is and what type of alliance it is?

It's not some type of conquering army invading one European country after another.
A country chooses for it's own self interests to join on its own will, and other NATO members have to accept them in.
A lot of eastern Europe after suffering under Soviet oppression chose to join NATO in fear and for protection from future invasions by Russia, which with Ukraine proved their fears correct.

Russia is acting like a bully instead of being diplomatic to it's neighbors, further pushing them into NATO'S hands.

@ topic .... Finland is another one bowing to pressure and will suffer because of it. They have plans... were planning to.... intended to end dependency on Russian oil and gas. What do you mean by moving towards Russia's borders.

First, In the history of NATO, the alliance has never 'dragged' any nation into it. Hell, even Georgia has been denied entry since 2010. Countries usually have to meet requirements to be allowed entry.

Secondly, countries like Estonia & Latvia have been in NATO for years — and are border countries of Russia. Why haven't they been attacked by Russia.

Thirdly, you should know that NATO wasn't formed because of Russia. Russia — as a stand alone natio never existed when it was form over 6 decades ago.
NATO was a fallout from Hitler's Germany.
Germany is of course now a NATO member today.

Even Victor Urban of Hungary with his usually anti European stand is a member of NATO. Anyone that says NATO was formed for Russia — and so Russia should form its alliance doesn't recollect much about history.
