Hello folks, I just began my startup and its in the food/ grocery line. But online.

Fellow entrepreneurs, I'll solicit your advise, tips and words of advice.

Be honest with your customers. Sometimes making profit shouldn't be the goal but satisfying your customers cos a satisfied customer becomes a beacon who will lead other customers to you, and with time the sky will become your limit.

While staying focused online, don’t forget to get new customers offline in other for them to check out your service

1) Now that it is newly started, how do I handle getting much customers since its online

2) How much % is moderate to take as mine, having in mind the business is still going to be funded ?

3) Lastly, what are the challenges / opportunities one should expect and how to make it advantageous to the business ?

Get a pro business plan, not the nonsense sold at cheap prices. Nobody online understands your business better than you do.
