To avoid too much negotiations, I pay a total contract fee as agreed between me and the worker. The charge depends on what the work entails as no two works are the same.

We have received mobilization for the second decking of this building project. We have started getting supplies since Saturday as 2 trips of chippings has been dropped at the site. More materials are expected today, more pictures later.
