Pregnant women should buy blood pressure monitors and check their BP like twice a day.

It nearly took away my wife and firstborn, years ago. I was on a trip, and she just happened to measure her BP and it was through the roof.

She called the doctor, was admitted immediately and went for C-section.

Thank God they both survived.

That's the best wisdom ever bro. When your yam sprouts, you cover your mouth when eating it, its a local adage. You are the only one who loves yourself. You're laughing but deep down some people, they want you dead. I had shared an experience here of my brother who got an American visa and was showing it to everyone. There was this lady who had an evil mind. She snapped the visa with her evil eye and cancelled it in the spirit realm. My bro was going to America with an empty passport while he thought he was still having the visa intact. The CBP accosted him after he had already been admitted. He said his look and the picture in the passport didn't match. Like play, like play, he was deported. On getting to Nigeria my sister took him to one of her pastors who prayed for him. That was the message that came out. He went back later for his visa but after some years as predicted.

Village people are real but this generation are defying them. Science and technology with modernisation have blinded them from seeing or knowing this

It's not everything in that you imitate on the internet it's not everything that you showed to public it's not everything that you display everywhere around you sometimes you just have to keep your progress to yourself to ensure more progress and security for yourself well rest in peace beautiful lady
