How will Ukraine be the biggest loser when EU have said they would use all the monies and assets seized from Russian Oligarchs to rebuild Ukraine and also Russian assets as well.

The biggest loser would be Russia because it is still their monies that would be used to rebuild Ukraine despite the fact that they would still remain under sanctions while Ukraine becomes a major Tourist destination as everyone wants to visit the place where the Moskva was sunk as well as help with construction work for free
