Abuventure: Them for kukuma just dash you the tree naa? One thing I don't like about fruit trees is that the fruits grow and ripen almost all at once in a season, and then they(farmers) don't know what to do with them other than to sell them off too cheaply or risk losing them. How do we preserve fruits like oranges and mangoes so that they can last longer beyond their season? Especially mangoes. Those ones go as fast as they come. Dehydrated fruits and natural fruit jam are some of the ideas I can think of to make the most of them. We're yet to learn to make the most of our produce. We still have a long way to go in Nigeria. |
