did you change anything on your computer lately...update, new install of a program etc ?!

"bad system config info" could be anything and not easy to fix. try to log in safe mode and get back to the earlier config when everything was working great.

restart it now

it may be your your processor fan.

may be its seizing and causing your processor to be heating up.

use a blower and blow your laptop clean it may free the fan to blow freely.

I install some new programme recently , which I've uninstalled when this issue came up.

you cant just uninstall these programs you have to reset you computer back to before these program were installed (restore to an earlier point)....obviously, these programs changed something that is now making your pc backfire.
