If Tinubu cannot guarantee massive vote from the 3 southern zones, them there's no point having him as the APC flag bearer.
Tinubu is a divisive figure in the south and he's banking on his friends in the north to produce the votes that will get him to Aso rock.
As things are now, Atiku (against Tinubu) will lock down NE and at least 5 of the 7 states in north central. NW will be split.
Tinubu will have SW but will struggle in SS and SE ( provided there will even be election in that region next year) and will likely handover those region to Atiku on a platter of gold.
Its better APC pick a candidate that can lock down SS, SE, SW and get a huge chunk from the Christian north central. Ameachi, osinbajo and GEJ can do it but not Tinubu.
