What he has is an acceptance of application. After this, it will still be advertised in the newspaper before being published in the trademark journal.
You can get an Acceptance letter and your application will still be denied if the objection to it is valid and upheld.
Acceptance letter is not conclusive proof of registration. What he needs is trademark certificate. Before he gets the trademark certificate, UAC will publish an objection and everything go enter water.
Sabinus will lose this case in court.

It hasn't been trademarked. If it has, you get a trademark certificate. What he has is an acknowledgement of the application. With what he has, his application can still be denied as he will lose.

Case won't fly unless he patented the slogan.
