Job role: Head Business Development Location: Lagos Responsibilities- Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle Communicate new service developments to prospective clients. Follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings Planning and preparing presentations Overseeing the development of marketing literature Writing reports Providing management with feedback Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients Set goals for the business development team and develop strategies to meet those goals Drive business growth in value and volume Training and performance management of business development staff Relationship management of new and existing clients Delivering the company’s sales target in outsourcing and other group functions as may apply Ensure an adequate pool of qualified resources for ready deployment Recruit, orient, and train outsourced personnel on appropriate client services Develop and enforce relevant processes, policies, and procedures necessary for positioning FKGuards as a reputable outsourcing partner Prepare and control the budget to ensure the delivery of high-quality resources to FKGuard clients Ensure that all standards and policies of the organization and those of clients are upheld Evaluate workers' performances, draft budgets, generate progress reports, and set sales targets. Supervise, hire, and train employees, manage quality assurance programs, strategize process improvements in line with client requirements Maintain and increase existing resources targets with clients through relationship management Provide important policy, planning, and strategy decisions on outsourcing to the MD and executive. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures that support and facilitate job placements. Drive recruitment in line with client’s requirements and carry out preassessment Oversee the day-to-day operations of internal and outsourced staff Client relationship management and customer experience functions Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale for outsourced staff. Work with stakeholders to ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
