The biggest thing that keeps you from having the relationships of love and sex with women that you crave is the fear of approaching a girl in the first place. If you can’t move past this fear, you’ll most likely be lonely for a very long time to come.

When I first started, I had no idea how to talk to a girl or how to get phone numbers and ask them out, I was incredibly anxious and nervous. I would stand in bars all night with my friends just trying to drink enough to build my courage up. At the time, I didn’t realize that I had a serious case of approach anxiety.

Even if I got up the courage to talk to a a girl, what was I going to say after Hello? Then I worried if she would shoot me down in front of people. What would people say and think afterward? I hated feeling that way. I would see women everywhere that I wanted to approach but I could never kick that anxiety.

Gradually, I started to understand that my approach anxiety was keeping me from getting a girlfriend as well as negatively affecting my social life. When I attended parties, I stuck with my friends so that no one would reject me.

It felt like everyone was watching everything I did, and if I messed up, there would be laughing behind my back. Then it occurred to me that no one really paid much attention to what I was doing because they were mostly worried about what THEY were doing.

Now the thing is this:

If you decide to approach a girl, the majority of people watching will assume you know her, or that she’s your girlfriend. The guys will be thinking how lucky you are and wishing they could be just like you.

As liberating and eye-opening as that bit of information is, I know that it most likely won’t do a lot to fix your approach anxiety. You most likely want to know what IS going to help you. Knowing how to approach a girl is just a small part of the puzzle when it comes to moving past approach anxiety. Other things you need to know are:

* How to have true steady confidence.

* How to begin and continue interesting and fun chats.

* How to get an attraction going immediately.

* How to move things along easily to getting a phone number, a date, kissing and sex.
