My Very Close friend I know him as a forex trader. He lives well and has been doing good for himself. So recently he Posted and said he was willing to help his fellow Gees by Giving them tutorials on Forex trading which will enable them make at least 1 million naira a Month. I was really excited So I messaged him and told him I was Duely interested as I've been looking for something to invest little savings in. So he replied saying he normally Charge 300k for his tutorials but Since I'm his friend he'll be charging me only 100k to learn how to become a millionaire in forex.

I Will be making Payment to him by this month ending but before I do so I would love to hear from my People. Pls What's your take on this investment? Should I pay to learn forex??

I think the question should be "is it worth it?"
Short answer: No

Long answer:
Forex trading is a high risk venture. To say the least, it's almost nearly as risky as sports betting. And similarly, you need to have a lot of money to stake out in a trade, if you really want to make a living out of it. For instance you can stake 1m on a 1.08 odd in sports betting to make 80k on a single bet. But you can use 10k to bet on more risky multiple odds to make 800k. Forex trading too is like that.
Though the methodology is quite different in Forex, it's much like stock trading in that regard, yet talking about ROI (return on investment), the dynamics of Forex trading is similar to sports betting.

Don't mind all those people saying bring 300k, bring 500k to teach you. The truth is their primary source of income in Forex is the money they make from training you, not in the trading itself.

Trading bots and expert advisors are good, but there are external factors these software don't capture, hence, they have losses too. But if you have a lot of money to invest (and lose if unlucky), they will make you some passive income.

Your friend is a shylock trainer. That is too much. I have done many training on forex before I embarked on the trading. I lost all. My trainers are no more talking on forex again.

Do not give him 1 naira. There is no sure fire forex method that brings consistent returns. Focus your life on a business that works consistently.

Any Investment in Your yourself Pays the best deal, likewise any investment in knowledge. If you say He is doing well just like you claim then i see no reason why paying to learn from what has been proven to work for this friend of yours is a bad idea…

If he has a proven track record, you can take the risk with him.

No investment is 100%.
The best you can do is to minimize your losses to the nearest minimum.

The Crypto market is extremely volatile but I try as much as possible to minimize my losses and that has been very effective in my trading career.
