Non indigenes voters in Lagos should be close to 1-2M if we are to sample the entire population. By none indigenes I mean all non-Yorubas. There is a huge population of almost all Nigerian tribes in Lagos but I must say, you can't populate a state more than its aboriginals. Let me give you a solid example.

During the early 20's, Okitikpukpa and neighboring towns in Ondo received high influx of Urhobos due to the palm oil boom, it was so much that every Urhobo family had one or two persons in these eastern territory exploiting oil. But when a census was conducted, the Urhobos were just slightly above 20-30% of the entire population.

Give and take, the non-Yorubas should hover around 30% of the entire population, so the higher the non-indigenous population, the larger their voting Strength
