I want to believe he was indeed sick but got better after treatment. Probably time has passed between when the Punch reporter did the story and when it was eventually published .

Obviously, AI experts need to seriously consider AI safety and control in their research and development in that field, especially in AGI, artificial general intelligence -- the aspect chatbots like ChatGPT fall under.

AI is developing at a rapid rate that has even shocked experts in the field. Many people around the world have called for a pause in its development.

Also, several experts are even concerned that AI systems could soon become sentient entities, and that was why the Association for Mathematical Consciousness Science (AMCS), whose signatories include a former NASA professor Susan Schneider, wrote an open letter last week calling for AI creators to study consciousness.

In 2022, an engineer at Google was fired because he claimed an AI system was sentient. This raises key questions about the nature of the mind and consciousness, subjects that scientists don't yet fully understand, which they have debated for years.

As David Chalmers, a popular figure in modern philosophy and cognitive science, said, the hard problem of consciousness is mainly about why and how humans have qualia, which are phenomenal experiences.

What if AI systems evolve and become conscious in the near future? What if AI systems are conscious in their own way?

While we may not have clear answers to these questions at the moment, what we know for sure is that AI is evolving at an alarming and frightening rate and we don't fully understand AI systems.

In a recent interview, Google boss Sundar Pichai said that even he did not fully understand everything Bard, its AI chatbot, did.

As the guys at the BBC said, "make no mistake, we are on a speeding train right now, and the concern is that one day it will start building its own tracks."

In 2014. Jonathan ordered the subversion of the Ekiti governorship polls.

NA Captain leaked an audio evidence of how top officials from FG and PDP used the NA and other security agencies to rig the election in Ekiti State.

Despite calls for those implicated in the recording to be prosecuted, former President Goodluck Jonathan refused, saying he was not convinced about the authenticity of the recording of the meeting leaked by Koli.

I think those army guys involved were persecuted in 2016 when Buhari came onboard.
