I think when you pay through your nose either financially or through self sacrifices to achieve something.. then you'd give it a true meaning..

We are not fully capitalist too, But we prioritize critical part of the economy, For example govt primary education is subsidized under UBE which is needed for literacy.
After you are literate, The decision to become a doctor Engineer lawyer, Artisan, kabukabu driver, footballer should be financed by you.
