Actually the poster is right .

Yesterday morning the rain started before I woke and I couldn’t watch DSTV till around 1.30pm or thereabouts due to poor reception as a result of the weather .

I had to stream the first half of Loserpool match on store808 (at additional cost to me ) despite having a DSTV sub running .

That’s why some of us are calling for PPV cos why do we have to pay for when we are not watching ?

Maybe if a more reliable company like Netflix get the rights to DSTV we will get better service

It’s not that deep .

Just visualize the PPV as using ur prepaid meter vs old NEPA postpaid meter or Using MTN per second billing vs when MTN charged per minute even when u make 25 seconds call.

All things being equal , PPV will be cheaper than the current system u have in place except u a very heavy user . U will get to regulate ur usage .

For example , the only thing I watch on DSTV is football . Every other content they have ranging from musics to movies , I have access to it elsewhere

I’m actually pissed because DSTV does not offer me the opportunity to enjoy their uninterrupted services on days when there’s bad weather and no form of compensation offered in return .

If I’m afforded the chance to choose my content , I will just stick to Football and leave all those UFA,NFL, etc for those that enjoy those sports

Jimmy odukoya is here to minister

This guy was briefly my classmate in primary school. They used to come to school in one big truck like that with plenty of them in the back. Jimi was the class bad boy. Our class was on the 1st floor and he would throw his bag downstairs through the window, and say hebwas going to toilet, so he could sneak out of school.

I haven't seen him in almost 30 years, but seeing his face here just brought back some funny memories.

Congrats to him and my condolences for his loss.

Now, I personally don't see anything wrong in a child inheriting his parents business. Any members of the congregation that don't like the new senior pastor are free to go and worship elsewhere, but that Pulpit is Jimi's birthright.
