It's custom duty on imported cars so the prices are very high. Meanwhile everybody is struggling to survive. Most people are even selling their cars.

high costs of vehicle, higher costs of parts & higher cost of fuel, #200 per litre is beginning to look like d new normal price...


Incase u haven't notice, even naira MasterCard limit for most banks in Nigeria has being reduced to $20 monthly! like anything online u wan buy with Ur ATM card shouldn't pass dat grin

You are not being realistic.

I know a lot of people who would have bought vehicles(foreign used) myself inclusive and are being put off by the cost.

Where are you seeing these unregistered cars? Any dealer will even tell you there's a huge demand for Nigerian used cars these days.

No wonder was unable to purchase goods worth 19,756 naira on Alixpress.

I kept getting this, "contact you card issuer" error. Chai... Wahala... So nothing man fit do like this

Yes maybe Nigerian used not foreign used.

ES 350 2008 foreign used is around 4.5-4.8m but once it's registered it goes as low 3.2-3.5m depending on bargaining power, yet it's difficult to see buyer.

well, u can either get a dollar master card if u have a dollar account or get a virtual dollar card from trove....With those u can purchase as much dollar as Ur account can provide grin

Foreign used title is now a no go area.
Nigerian used are now prefered, but still most peeps cant afford it.

Follow Mokwa - Bida- Minna to Abuja route and you'll swallow your words. Per an hour trip I come across at least 20 salvage vehicles heading towards Abuja any day of the week.

Customs are flexing that route like crazy.

There's never been so much money in circulation like now, it's the allocation that's largely skewed.
