Prepare For Depression - Nigerian Lady Tells Those Planning To Relocate To U.K (Video)

A Nigerian lady based in the U.K has given a piece of advice to those who are hoping to relocate to the European country, IGBERETV reports.

In a video she shared, she said those preparing to come should also prepare for depression as they'll be depressed at least 5 times a week.

She also claimed they will battle with mental health issues and emotional stress even if they felt they were strong in Nigeria.

Do you know the implication of that?

Believe me, that is not something they would do because the burden of spending now falls on them at least for herself anyway at the date which is a far contrast from their experience in Nigeria where men basically sponsor women's lifestyles.

It would take some serious unlearning and mental reprogramming on their part.
