They can do all the test they want. High office holders in Russia must be smoking or eating something that the rest of us don't know of because I don't understand how you can openly and deliberately be debating on revoking your recognition of Lithuania independence and sovereignty as a country while you use their rail system to transport your goods and not expect them to react? I mean, the audacity is mind blowing 2 Likes 1 Share |

topcatking: I doubt. The problem is that Kalingard is now only accessible through the Baltic sea. Land and Air has been cut off. And by virtue of Sweden and Finland due to join NATO, the whole of the Baltic will be dominated by NATO forces. So in case of an higher escalation, Kalingard can be blockade totally with no access for reinforcement 1 Like 1 Share |

railone:Air is not cut off, Russia airlines still fly. Baltic sea is still international water and Russia still flight by air without entering Finland or Sweden airspace. Any war in Baltic states will be nukes, that's 100% for sure because if NATO(USA) missiles hit inside Russia than Russia will hit USA back. USA is not ready to risk any USA cities for anyone unless USA is been attacked 9 Likes |

seunny4lif: Read before you jump on your anti-west bandwagon... NATO sky is restricted for Russian airplanes, never said Russian airlines don't fly. Bro look at the map first before talking, there's no way to get to Kalingard without entering unfriendly nations sky. After Belarus, we have Poland and Lithuania. Going by the North, you have Finland, Latvia, Estonia.. Circumventing those ones bring you to Sweden and Norway. so US is now NATO, never knew. Any small thing you guys try to change it to US vs Russia like Russia is in the same league has America. That's laughable.. America isn't ready to risk any city yen yen yen, we have heard that a thousand times now. Yet it's the small Eastern European countries that are actually in Russia face and they can't do anything. Shey America won't risk any city, let Russia try their luck.. E go dey you like Blue film, no cap 2 Likes 2 Shares |

@railone You don't know what you are saying about Baltic sea. Baltic Sea with NATO or no NATO is international water. All Russian cargo and fleets passes through there and same with all Russia planes both military and civilians, the only way to stop Russia planes or ships is war just like English channel is international water meaning UK can't blocked it unless British want war. EU members, USA and Canada not NATO closed their airspace for all Russia registered airplanes as a form of solidarity to Ukraine, it has nothing to do with NATO. Russia fighter jets or NATO members jets always entered each other defense zones because they are all sharing very small international space between them all of the Baltic Sea. Thats how you guys made noises on Ukraine matter till Russia rain missiles on Ukraine and all USA and her allies could do is pray for Ukraine 6 Likes 1 Share |

When Julian Ropcke tweet about it then you know its bad ![]() ![]() Russian invasion forces broke through the Ukrainian front south of Lysichiansk, moving the battle to Bila Hora, acc. to the Ukrainian General Staff. Again, the loss of positions can be deduced indirectly from those statements, which make sense in addition. Also East of Bakhmut, the situation is increasingly deteriorating for the Ukrainian army. Russian invasion forces seem to have started a new offensive S-E of the city after failing to reach the highway to Lysichiansk. They also advance along the highway towards N-E. 1 Like

railone: It's not possible even with Sweden and Finland joining Nato ![]() Really, look at map again, get a bigger one Russia has access to the baltic sea Ust Luga, St Petersburg and Kaliningrad Even the gulf of Finland can't be blockaded.....it's not a strait like Hellespont (Dardanelles) or Bosphorus or a closed waterway In event of a military confrontation, all the baltic and Nordic states combined with Poland doesn't have the Naval assets or weaponry to blockade the baltic rather they fear a possible Russian blockade and the seizure of Swedens Gotland which can be used for an effective blockade of the baltic sea, cutting of the 3 baltics nations. Just like taking the snake island was used to blockade Ukraine 2 Likes |
Re: Russia’s Baltic Fleet Reportedly Launches Live-fire Exercises In Kaliningrad Reg by Svlla: 4:03pm On Jun 21, 2022 |
railone: Also, going by your line of thought then it's still going to be a difficult task to blockade Russia in the Gulf of Finland First, Russian Navy is headquartered at St Petersburg which is a baltic sea port city Secondly Russian Baltic fleet is headquartered at Kaliningrad. Russian Baltic fleet alone has been a cause for security concern to Baltic and western nations. It is almost as large as the Russian Pacific fleet if not larger than the Black sea fleet. So in that scenario it will be extremely difficult or near impossible to naval blockade Russia in the Baltic sea 2 Likes |
Re: Russia’s Baltic Fleet Reportedly Launches Live-fire Exercises In Kaliningrad Reg by Svlla: 4:10pm On Jun 21, 2022 |
railone: Also, I will like to add that in case of a military confrontation then two nations capital, Finland Helsinki and Estonia Tallinn which are both situated at the gulf of Finland will come under direct fire. So it's very unwise to blockade Russia in the Baltic sea Also, there's a narrow strip of international waters in the Baltic gulf of Finland leading directly from St Petersburg. This means that Russia does need to venture into Sweden or Estonian territorial waters 1 Like

seunny4lif: You mention USSR, how did the US stop The Soviet Union from reinforcing Cuba? Get a grip on what you're actually saying if you want to quote me again. I said and it's still there, Russia has sea access to Kalingard but in event of further confrontation, their access to Kalingard can be restricted by Naval blockade. if you can process such simple information. it's okay running around saying bunch of random shit ain't it |

Now, I know that you don’t know whatever shit you are saying. You don’t even know what Naval blockade. Who is going to block Russia navy? Poland, Finland or who? NATO? You don’t know about about Baltic Sea self. Do you know the distance between St. P home of Russia Baltic navy to Finland and co. Who have navy power in the Baltic Sea to block Russia. railone: |

Svlla: that you have to quote me 3 times on the same issue shows you didn't even know what you were talking about in the first place. Your map just showed Russia entry point, please bring a larger map next time. And why the f*ck does none of you lots understand what is meant by Naval blockade. I mean I try as much as possible to paint the scenario I was referring to as easy to understand as possible. Go and read what I said and not what you're imagining I said, what I said since you guys don't seem to understand simple sentence is that Kalingard can be blockade by NATO when Finland and Sweden finally join NATO. here you're saying Russia when I never said Russia. How many Naval vessels do Russia have in the Baltic compared to what NATO can pull for a blockade. The joke was when you compare the scenario to snake island. Dude Ukraine doesn't have a navy! and you're comparing them with Sweden that operate the quietest and stealthy subs. Jeeez |
