First i doubt if you even went through the link you posted...Yes he said the word 'restructuring' but he never explicitly defined it based of devolution of powers or creation of state policing as you are alluding to!
The Afenefere clearly defined restructuring based on devolution of powers while Tinubu only used the word loosely due to pressure after being quiet over the subject and only spoke when it became obvious that he was the only one keeping mute!
If you are in doubt, read the link you sent!

Thank you for this comment. I have been saying this all along this man was playing Ostrich and never coming out to explicitly state his position on these issues.

Uncle you said he didn't talk about it. I posted link, now you said he didn't define it. I gave you an example of LCDA we're using in Nigeria today as part of the reasons why I'm voting someone. You keep saying he's supposed to do this or that. As a senator or governor?

I told you the one he did when he was in Power abi what do you want again?

What development did LCDA bring? The real reason behind the LCDA creation was to entrench ACN (now APC ) at grassroots level to make it hard for any other party to gain prominence hence Obasanjo's opposition to it by with holding Local government allocation to Lagos which the paid propaganda specialists lied that it was the state allocation that he with held.

So because I am supporting Peter obi, I am from South East or pro biafra?

My support for him has nothing to do with tribe , he is the best from the lot.

He is detribilized and has what it takes to move this country forward

Go and verify all his claims and see things for yourself

He truly means well for this country at least his track records speaks volumes

Last election, over 80 million people registered to vote. Less than 30 million voted

Almost 40 millions votes with apathy stayed back

This year, its not same

So industries, services and commerce go run on solar panels abi?
We're complaining of the negative effects of subsidy and the corruption it breeds, you still want to add another one.
Who told you that task force won't be corrupt and biased in handling that task?
What of the customs that will checkmate it's export, what stops them from collecting bribes and let people export them?
You're actually speaking with experience Power Engineer.
No way I would have mention industries and big commerce to run on solar. Beside, they can if the big industries are willing to use molten salt and steam turbine instead of batteries.
Unfortunately you guys thing masses can survive without subsidy. That is the direct benefit from any government to its people. In Saudi Arabia, even milk is subsidise. Go and gang against the corrupt idiots and not try to stop the masses from benefiting from its government through a practice that is acceptable worldwide.
IMF and World Bank telling Nigeria to remove subsidy is still a way to have Nigerians on its feet. The international organisations knows what is right but keep pushing Africa towards total collapse.
Subsidy is still the best way to go, Nigeria is really under develope with corrupt officials and a conflicting mindset citizens to practice total capitalism.

I am not ibo neither do I have any ibo relatives

If Peter obi was bini, kanuri, nope, efik, hausa or yoruba . He would have my vote

You know, people like you have this uncanny ability to project themselves on others. The fact that you would propagate ur candidate based on primodal sentiments resolving around region or tribe, doesn't mean every other would.

Buhari's antecedence was clear for all to see, his regime in the 80s heralded the fall of our economy. Buhari had little to offer, his 2nd in command was the major factor in his war against corruption then. After he left office, he did not attend any school to build his capacity, nothing of worth

Buhari rode to fame based on a false claok of being a saviour

Peter obi on the other hand, is the only candidate saying go and verify if what I am saying is true or false....I did so so and so...which other person can do this

By the way, which candidate are you rooting for
So we can talk one on one, no banters

Let's critical look at what they are bringing to the table

I know idiagbon was d one doing d job then. But GEJ govt was bad which led people to vote Buhari thinking he will do better. The unfortunate thing is that I don't see any good candidate. Let anyone of them get there b4 u will understand me better.

As people we learn from mistakes and that's what moves us forward. Peter obi is not the messiah. He is human just like you and I and therefore prone to make mistakes

But BTW the two other contenders, he is miles head

I understand your apathy going by how past leaders have failed but for once, we have a person who is radically different

Take out time, go to you tube and listen to Peter obi's interview

If you want the links , just holla

All you need to ask your candidate, show us what you have done before

Govt is social service not profit making venture. That's why we need competent people at the helm of governance. They know how to balance the book.

The solution to Nigerian electricity problem is complete decentration of the whole system- generation, transmission, and distribution. The burden on national grid is not sustainable and will eventually collapse. No matter the tarrif or fund pumped into it.
The Nigerian exclusive list is a joke. It's the main hindrance to Nigerian economic prosperity.
I repeat, No Nigerian can afford the real cost of electricity. It's laughable to think tarrif hike will solve electricity problem.

There is nothing fantastic about the real cost of electricity. Even if its N800 Kwh, its better than running generators that cost thrice as much from a Kwh basis.
