I don't think so. Wherever it is coming from..... it will be transported by trucks... by roads. State duty... to provide infrastructure..... have roads been built to accommodate this extra truck traffic going to and from the complex?... or would they add to traffic congestion? I'm almost sure.... in a year or two.... the State will declare it is no longer interested in the project and sell it to an investor for peanuts. State money used to build a project for a private citizen. Nothing new.... but some will shout... good development.
